Camden has introduced technical support ticketing to give our customers the ability to request support online and to enable customers to view a log of communications when addressing more complex technical support issues.

Ticketing and Return Material Authorization (RMA) Telephone Entry and Access Control Panels
An ticket number, provided by the Technical support department, is required for the return material authorization (RMA) of any Camden telephone entry or access control panel.
